Our Maritime/Aviation team focuses on advising both local and international airlines/shipping companies and other transport stakeholders on matters of compliance with local laws and regulations, acquisition of aircraft and ships, leasing, mortgages, registration and de-registration of aircrafts, disputes resolutions with regulatory agencies and government ministries, procurement of licenses, certificates, permits and other approvals, as well as transportation of passengers and goods.
We have the expertise and competence to advise on aviation and maritime sectors transactions/projects in Nigeria. Together with the core corporate, commercial, litigation and arbitration dispute resolution teams, the transport team provides full complementary services to participants in the sector.
