We undertake trademark search and opinion advising as to issues relating to the Trademarks Laws and practice. We prepare and file trademark applications (ordinary, conventional, multiclass, certification, series). Also, we attend/ reply to office actions/ Examination reports, attend hearings and renewals of Trademarks Drafting Opposition, Rectification, Counter Affidavits, User Affidavits Assignments of trademarks with or without goodwill, License agreements. We issue and reply to Cease and Desist notice, drafting and filing Infringements and/or passing off suits and their counters and attending hearings, Portfolio management services. We watch, investigate and prosecute for illegal and unauthorized use of registered as well as unregistered marks.
